Food Safety Plans and HACCP

Topics include: hazards, critical control points, monitoring and corrective actions

The Food Handler

Topics include: cycle of transmission, hand hygiene, personal hygiene and staff illness

Preparing & Serving Food

Topics include: cross-contamination, cooking, thawing, hot-holding, catering and delivery

Sanitation

Topics include: cleaning, sanitizing, dishwashing, sanitation plans and pest control
