Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

You can conveniently book online by credit card.
Get in touch below to discuss other payment options such as e-Transfer.

Can I get course material in a language other than English?

Certainly! The participant workbook is available in Arabic, Chinese, French, Korean, and Punjabi. The exam is available in Arabic, Chinese (Traditional), Farsi, French, Japanese, Korean, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
Please get in contact to receive the workbook and/or exam in one of those languages.

What happens if my workbook does not arrive before the start of class? Do I need the workbook to participate?

No worries! You can still participate. An old workbook can be used during the training, if you have one. However, you will need a new workbook to write the exam because the registration/answer page at the back must be submitted to the local health authority.
Reach out and we can arrange a solution.

How does the video meeting work?

Zoho Meeting works in the same way as Zoom or Google Meet. You can easily join the meeting from your browser by clicking the link that was sent to your email.
For more information, including system requirements, see the Zoho Meeting user guide.

What do I need to know to be ready for the exam?

Participating in the discussions, activities and quizzes, and asking the instructor any questions you have, will prepare you for the exam.
The exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions based on all the material covered in class.
It is "closed book," so you cannot use notes or your workbook.
It takes 15 to 60 minutes, and you need 70% to pass. Most students pass on their first attempt.

How long will it take to receive my certificate?

After passing the exam, you will immediately get a temporary certificate that is valid for 90 days. The official certificate and wallet card will be processed and mailed out within 4 to 6 weeks.
